Commodore

Rule Zero : Ownership and Voting Power

1. The Commodore (Founder) initially holds 100% of the shares of the game.

2. The shares can be gradually transferred to backers and developers (DEV) until a maximum of 50%. This transfer process is gradual and occurs before the release of the game.

3. The shares can only be sold upon the release of the game. Before this date, no share transactions can take place.

4. Upon the release of the game, the Commodore may sell shares down to a minimum of 10%, while maintaining strategic and decision-making control of the project.

5. The veto power on strategic choices and changes remains with the Commodore, even with a reduced share. The Commodore may exercise the veto on decisions related to the direction of the game, major structural changes, or the core rules of the community.

6. Changes to the regulations: Any modification to the regulations must be approved by the 50% of the voters present.

7. Voting: Every contribution accepted by the voting community carries with it a percentage of the game's shares. The percentage of shares acquired depends on the contribution and evaluation by the community members.

Rule 1: Initial Compensation for Developers

1. Developers (Devs) who participate in the development of the game will receive initial compensation in the form of game shares. The amount of shares assigned to each Developer will depend on their individual contribution and the role they play in the project.

2. The compensation in shares will be determined based on the level of involvement. For example, Developers working full-time or with significant commitment will receive a larger percentage compared to those contributing part-time.

3. The distribution of shares will occur gradually. Shares will initially be assigned when joining the project, with additional shares granted upon reaching specific milestones and objectives.

4. Shares will be transferred exclusively from the Commodore to Developers as compensation for their contributions to the development of the game, or to Backers in exchange for their financial support of the project. The value of each share will be 45 USD, net of 22% taxes, and can only be sold or transferred by the Commodore at the time of the game’s release. Before that date, shares cannot be transferred or sold.

5. Each Developer will have access to transparent information about the share distribution process and their value, ensuring that every contribution is fairly compensated.

Rule 2: Ship Creation and Sales

Ship Creation: Designers can create ships using Maya or Blender and sell them on the game's
